This Women History Month, we challenge the conventional narrative that separates "leaders" from "entrepreneurs," and examine what happens when you must be both, often simultaneously, often without formal authority.
Most leadership advice assumes you start with authority. This event is for the people who don't.
On 24 March, participants will sit as a jury. They will review five real cases. Five women appointed to lead organizations in crisis, build credibility without institutional backing, and deliver results against conditions no one disclosed upfront. Each case ended in a verdict: she failed.
The jury's job is to decide whether those verdicts were accurate, or whether the conditions made failure the only available outcome.
This is not a panel. It is not a keynote. It is a structured investigation into the mechanism that produces the Glass Cliff, and into what it actually costs organizations to keep using it.
