On the occasion of International Women's Day 2025, we're taking an innovative approach to advancing gender equality and closing the gender gap in business and society.
Instead of the traditional format where women speak to women about shared experiences, we're creating a platform for meaningful dialogue between genders to foster understanding and drive real change.
Participation requirement
Important: Each woman participant is asked to attend with a male ally (colleague, friend, family member, or mentor). This requirement aims to:
