Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik is a corporate social responsibility and sustainable development strategist. TEDx speaker, multi-awarded leader, her mission is to help CEOs place corporate social responsibility & sustainable development in the DNA of their corporate strategy. PhD in Physical Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry from Sorbonne University in Paris (France), Audrey-Flore has centred her career on promoting, developing, disseminating, implementing, and commercializing scientific and social innovations in sustainable development to reduce the carbon footprint of companies.

Convinced of the importance of a global vision of sustainable development, for the last 20 years she has been working with CEO and board members, to leverage social sustainability (people) and environmental sustainability (planet) to increase business profitability, competitiveness and attractivity.

Therefore, Dr Ngomsik does not only strategize on the way to decrease CO2 emissions of a business, but also on the way to increase inherent & acquired diversity (DEI) among decision makers of any organisation. Her expertise radiated in helping businesses to take a proactive approach to sustainability, rather than simply focusing on compliance and regulations.

She has also developed services as startup advisor where she helps founders change their business model to be more sustainable, and profitable, and design the steps to become more and more sustainable in the future.

Her long-term vision is to establish a beacon of sustainability, a centre of excellence where startups, SMEs, medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations converge to accelerate the transformation towards more sustainable, inclusive, and profitable businesses. A place where corporate sustainability becomes business as usual and is integrated in organisations' DNA for business success.

Audrey-Flore is also a member of the Advisory Board of the European Women on Boards Association.

Igor Šuran is the Executive Director of Parks – Liberi e Uguali, Italy’s premier non-profit association of employers engaged in LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.  Croatian by birth and Italian by adoption, Igor is a multilingual business manager with a previous 15-year experience in management positions in corporate and investment banking.  Parks helps employers embrace LGBT+ inclusive practices in a broader and more intersectional approach to diversity, equity and inclusion. Over the past decade it has grown into a point of reference for LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace in Italy and it currently encompasses over a hundred major Italian and international companies and institutions operating in Italy.  Igor is a seasoned trainer on diversity management, inclusive leadership and LGTB+ inclusion to businesses and public institutions, lecturer at universities and speaker at Italian and international conferences. He participated in the preparatory work for Italy’s  LGBT+ Strategy and for the UN Guidelines for tackling LGBT+ discrimination. He has authored various articles and essays on these topics and has contributed to several books on inclusion.  In his position, Igor is responsible for Parks’ business development and member base expansion. He represents Parks in Italy and abroad to leaders of the Public Sector and foreign diplomatic missions as well as to leaderships of other Italian and international organizations engaged in inclusion.  Igor is also a member of the Advisory Board of the European Women on Boards Association.
