Our Approach
Dr Ngomsik provides the uncomfortable questions and strategic architecture.
Dr Fanselow ensures they become working systems that deliver measurable results.
Clients get both the provocation and the implementation.
This dynamic, strategic provocation meets systemic implementation
is core to Trianon's methodology?
From personal insight
to scalable methodology
How do you
systematize insights
that come from being
statistically improbable?
Dr Ngomsik & Dr Fanselow founded Trianon Scientific Communication to answer a different uncomfortable question: How do you systematize insights that come from being statistically improbable?
The answer became Trianon's methodology, a data-driven approach that rebuilds sustainability strategies around economic logic instead of moral rhetoric.
Not because economic logic is "better" than moral arguments.
Because economic logic is what actually survives contact with reality.
The Leadership Team

Co-Founder & CEO
Black women hold 2-5% of board seats globally. Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik is one of them.
She didn't get there by being comfortable. She got there by developing pattern recognition that privilege never requires, the ability to spot systemic risks that comfortable insiders consistently miss.
With a PhD in Physical and Analytical Chemistry from Sorbonne University and 20 years navigating the intersection most people claim doesn't exist: rigorous science, profit optimization, and policy architecture, she learned to ask questions others avoid.
Dr Ngomsik leads strategic architecture, client acquisition through speaking and thought leadership, and high stakes moments.
She brings 20+ years experience in sustainability, where she was working before it has even a name, and experience of pattern recognition that spots what comfortable insiders consistently miss.

The Logo: Complexity by Design
Five colors. Not just green. Because sustainability isn't just environmental, it's People, Planet, Profit integrated.
Red signals urgency.
Blue (People), social systems.
Yellow (Profit), economic viability.
Magenta, innovation.
Green (planet): Yes, it's here. But it's ONE dimension, not THE dimension.
Simultaneously. Not sequentially.
The fountain pen at center? Science over spin. Every claim we make is documented, researched, traceable. Data-driven rigor, not inspirational platitudes.
The triangular geometry? Systems thinking. Change one dimension, you affect all three. Ignore one, the whole strategy collapses.
Most logos simplify. Ours reflects reality: transforming businesses for sustainability IS complex. The bold palette, geometric precision, and multi-dimensional structure say what we are a rigorous, systemic, unapologetic.
If the logo looks complicated, that's because the work is. And we refuse to pretend otherwise. Our job is to make it simple for you!

Co-Founder & Chief Implementation Officer
Dr. Markus Fanselow bridges the gap between laboratory innovation and operational reality.
With a PhD in Chemistry from Queens University Belfast and over 15 years of experience developing sustainable products and processes, Dr. Fanselow has spent his career at the critical interface between industry and academia.
His expertise spans waste valorisation, bio-fuel development, and circular economy technologies, with a focus on what actually scales beyond pilot projects.
As Co-Founder of Trianon Scientific Communication, Dr. Fanselow leads Phase 2 (Framework Design) and Phase 3 (Implementation Support) of the transformation journey.
While Dr. Ngomsik challenges assumptions and builds strategy, Dr. Fanselow captures science from research, designs operational frameworks, and embeds change into business processes.

Your problem might not be sustainability per se, but the solution always is.
