About the event

Creating a sustainable and profitable future requires sponsorship to manage, advance and retain the best talent for business success.

This involves all genders, especially men as active allies.

This event is dedicated to exploring the vital role men can play in being sponsors, more than mentors and coaches, for talented and diverse women professionals in their leadership and career advancement.

Our guest speaker, a researcher for INSEAD business school and business executive for a global consultancy, has completed a unique study on the formal and informal sponsorship of high-potential women professionals, involving first-hand interviews with male sponsors (amongst others) across different geographies and sectors.

She will present her findings into why sponsorship is under-utilized, yet game-changing in today's business context; how to build successful sponsorship relationships; and what business leaders can do to create the conditions for sponsorship to work and yield benefits across the organization.
