To be able to debate, to see every angle, to be able to draft inclusive policies you need to have a broader diversity of expertise on a problem.
This is the only way to vote laws that include everyone.
To conclude, #intersectionality is not about individuality.
It is about having #systemicchange in life, #workplace, #studies.
It is about having #systemichange in a place that privilege only one type of person.
